We offer free standard shipping on orders delivered in the USA.

We offer free standard shipping on orders delivered in the USA. Expedited shipping is currently not available.

When will my order be shipped?

It generally takes 24-48 hours to process the order. This does not include the shipping time.

What is you return policy?

Slippers Galore will accept returns for merchandise purchased on slippersgalore.com. Merchandise must be returned unused, and should be packed in its original packaging. Merchandise must also be received WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE to receive a full refund. Orders returned after this time cannot be accepted. All refunds will be applied to the original form of payment. We reserve the right to refuse used merchandise.

What forms of payment do you accept?

American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, PayPal and Shop Pay are accepted.

Can I track my order?

Yes, a tracking number will be sent to you via email when your package is shipped.

How do I know if my order was successfully placed?

After placing your order, you will receive an automated email confirmation from the payment gateway at the email address or mobile number that you provided at the checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we do not ship internationally.  We expect to ship internationally in the near future.

What should I do if I receive a defective or damaged item?

We hope that these scenarios will never occur. Unfortunately, items can get damaged in transit. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will need a photo of the item along with the order number. After the defective or damaged item is reviewed, we will initiate the process for you to return the item for an exchange or refund.

How long does it take to process my return?

We will initiate your refund when we receive your item(s). Generally, refunds take 5-7 days but may take up to 2 weeks.

How will my order be refunded?

When returning an item, you will receive your refund to your original payment method after the item is received.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer shipping to P.O. boxes.

How is my email address used?

Slippers Galore collects your email address as part of your registration with us. We use this address to communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your email address to other businesses.
