Returns & Exchanges

Slippers Galore will accept returns for merchandise purchased on slippersgalore.com. Merchandise must be returned unused, and should be packed in its original packaging. Merchandise must also be received WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE to receive a full refund. Orders returned after this time cannot be accepted. We will initiate your refund when we receive your item(s). Generally, refunds take 5-7 days but may take up to 2 weeks. All refunds will be applied to the original form of payment. We reserve the right to refuse used merchandise.
